Emotional Support
We provide three different therapeutic services to help you or your loved one psychologically adjust.
- Pre transition: Prior to moving or while deciding to move
- Transition: During the move
- Post transition: 90 day supportive transitional service. This is a personalized plan that helps the older adult adjust to their new home.
